We’d like you to meet…. Ella!

Ella recently turned 9, in May and lives in Birmingham, UK

Ella having mDs means: determination, exceeding expectations, setting new challenges.

Ella enjoys life, she is full of character and has many interests. She dances at the local dance school, Free- Style, Tap and Ballet.

Ella attends swimming lessons and has achieved 50 meters.

Ella is a sociable child, loves being with children and attends her local Brownies group.

Ella's enthusiasm for performance has helped with her social skills and confidence. She goes to a Musical Theatre group which she adores. In July they are performing in Theatre , Bugsy Malone. Ella is fully involved and busy rehearsing as 'an auditionee', 'paperboy' and ' a 'down and out'.

Her zest for being in front of the camera has lead to her greatest achievement, receiving a Modelling Contract in the UK. Ella sees herself as a Model in the future and hopes to break down negative attitudes towards people with "hidden disabilities".

At a young age of 9, Ella has demonstrated that a disability doesn't determine who you are. Ella wants all children to see ABILITY in disABILITY!
