    En este Blog participa gente de pristegio profesional, intelectual, etc. (Catedre1ticos, altos funcionarios o Magistrados, por ejemplo) y no es nada bueno el silencio atronador que se observa, cuando algunos ponen aqued comentarios racistas. Una cosa es que haya libertad de expresif3n, que nadie discute, y otra cosa es que haya que respetar opiniones injustas, lo cual no es de recibo. No me parece una situacif3n muy saludable que en este Blog haya solo una persona sacando la cara por los inmigrantes y enfrente1ndose a los racistas, mientras gente muy profesional y muy culta, mantiene la boca cerrada en este tema, cuando no se suma incluso al coro indecente del alarmismo anti-inmigracif3n. Os recuerdo que tan terribles fueron los crimenes del nazismo, como el silencio de toda aquella buena gente que veeda lo que pasaba, pero se callaba y no haceda nada. Y os advierto que yo soy de los que plantan cara al fascismo, atacando no solo a los Duef1os del Circo, sino tambie9n a los payasos que lo sostienen.

    Perdona pero yo soy una chica de Bilbao de toda la vida y parece que tengo menos dhcereos que ellos.Tengo una vivienda de viviendas municipales y cada dos por tres tengo juicio por que no me llega el dinero para pagar la renta como es que a ellos les dan de todo y yo tengo que mendigar que alguien me diga donde reclamar?Basta ya de tanta Ignorancia y cinismo.e7Gracias a todos por leerlo

    Tienes razf3n; realmente es muy petacuponre la situacif3n que se planteare1 cuando sobrevenga una crisis econf3mica, que sin duda vendre1, dados los ciclos econf3micos, inevitablemente, la situacif3n que se creare1 cuando no haya trabajo para todos. Ahora sereda el momento de planificar responsablemente. Pero es que esa palabra no existe para los poledticos. Mirar para otro lado no soluciona nada.

Sf3lo los emprendedores, ante una situacif3n de crisis, se atreven a dejar sus tierras para emigrar a un sitio desconocido. Estados Unidos se poblf3 de emprendedores europeos. Cataluf1a, de emprendedores espaf1oles. Y alle1 donde los emprendedores germinan, crece la riqueza. El poder emigrante. El poder emprendedor.

    Hi Dan,Thanks for directing me to your blog. It was hefplul as you said it would be.Let me start by saying that I totally agree with your comments and your thinking. A challenge that I am constantly confronting in the leadership development' realm is moving people from the mindset of ‘employee’ to ‘leader’ and moving people from getting it' in principle to actually putting the principles into practice on a daily basis. This can be a leadership philosophy, corporate values, core beliefs that all drive key leadership behaviors, to Enterprise 2.0 technologies implementation etc. In my experience when I am able to help individuals self discover, why, if they agree in principle to a concept, value, or philosophy that when the pressure of the day to day comes they behave in ways contrary to that principle, then we are getting somewhere. This contradiction, ‘what I agree to in principle I don’t always implement’, requires a deeper look at the conflicting beliefs that we have that drive our behaviors. As you know it also requires accountability and HR systems that are aligned to support the key behaviors.I am sure you have seen, as I have, individuals come to agreement on a specific value, behavior or even philosophy and yet act in contrary ways in the organization. We have both heard the comments from others about the necessity of all people walking the talk and the fallout that occurs when they don't. The impact on trust, credibility, integrity and on the future of any successful implementation of any program, philosophy, cost reduction measure etc is significant to say the least.So Dan, I am in your corner. Keep at it because people like you are the ones that do make a difference, and your influence gives others courage to get on the same bus.Paul

    Hello Victor,Carol and Marianne are presently dciiusssng the possibility of a morning class starting somewhere in the 5:30 6:30 window. We certainly will at some point as we manage growth.     Hi Dan couldn't agree with you more I think that there are a locpue of things I would add to your post, although maybe you have defined this in other enterprise 2.0 posts?1. organizations are still operating in an old paradigm of full time employment, for knowledge workers especially, and this is an expensive approach which isn't sustainable and leads to the cost reductions. I think a new definition of work would really help not everyone wants it and yet many orgs deal with alternative work arrangements through HR policies, not thinking critically about organizational needs. It also gives an application of the web 2.0 tools which I think are vastly underutilized in many orgs.2. as cynical as it sounds, buying leadership development training is comfortable and easy (plus there are all those high powered firms who sell it so well). It is easier as an org. to point to the fact that you are doing something tangible.(i.e. training ppl), than revamping your leadership philosophy.Keep up the great posts, I enjoy your POV!
