IMDSA invites you to a special community-focused webinar featuring Dr. Ruth Brown, a top researcher dedicated to improving mental healthcare for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), including those with mosaic Down syndrome.
Dr. Brown will share updates from her ongoing program of research that aims to address the mental health disparities experienced by people with IDD. She will also discuss her current Down Syndrome Regression Rating Scale Study, which seeks to better understand regression, improve early recognition, and guide families toward more effective support.
This session is designed with families and caregivers in mind. We encourage participants to email their questions ahead of time to brandy@imdsa.org so Dr. Brown can prepare to address the topics that matter most to our community.
